This morning, saw a resident chuck (fling) a garbage bag next to a Dry Waste Bin near the Cha Cha Park.

Sad to say that a lot of dumping of garbage has been happening in that spot.  

Please STOP DUMPING GARBAGE on roads / sidewalks.  Hand it over to the BBMP Pks who come door to door to pick up your garbage.
